Nissan X-Trail Hybrid - a sport utility vehicle (SUV), the new Nissan X-Trail Hybrid has already been introduced in Japan. If looking at the exterior design of the first hybrid SUV in its segment, it looks similar to the non-hybrid variant. The only thing that distinguishes the Pure Drive Hybrid logo on the side and rear.
However, the main factor that makes it different is beneath the hood is equipped with a 2.0-liter MR20DD combined hybrid system. The combination of the maximum transmit power to match the performance of a 2.5 liter engine but it's quieter, comfortable and performance. It also assisted the energy from the electric motor to transmit power RM31 extra 41PS and 160Nm of torque. The combination of energy with power supply 147PS and maximum torque of 206Nm is very smooth and responsive when using the straight road.
The hybrid system comes with 'Intelligent Dual Clucths Control' which separates the two clutch from the engine and transmission to the front wheels. Paired with Xtronic CVT transmission also make driving more comfortable, relaxed and efficient energy supply through the engine and electric motor.
The machine is more fuel efficient, achieving 20.6 kilometers per liter and more importantly, it can help reduce environmental pollution up to 75 percent of nitrogen oxide emissions as well as 'non-methane hyfrocarbons' (MHC) in exhaust emissions.
In addition, it comes with an 'Emergency Braking Forward' as the basic features of which brakes automatically if it detects an obstacle or object in front.
Looking into the interior, it is equipped with black color leather seats and hybrid system information display meter. As an additional feature, the machines is equipped with navigation NissanConnect which also integrated with information and entertainment systems. Moreover, it installed the smartphone application for ease of use to receive and send e-mail.
However, the interior space for this variant is different from previous Nissan X-Trail with a capacity of cargo space narrower than the 550 to 400 liters for placing an electric battery on the back. So far, the X-Trail Hybrid is already on the market Japan, Thailand and Indonesia.
