Ducati 959 Panigale - Ducati Panigale was revealed at EICMA in Milan last October. In addition to the 959 Panigale, Ducati also revealed the 2016 model line were the Xdiavel Cruiser model, two variants Scrambler (Sixty2 & Flat Track Pro), and two model Multistrada and Hypermotard.
Superquadro engine used in the 959 Panigale quieter and more efficient, in addition to receiving an increase in capacity, power and torque.
Previous generations of the Ducati Panigale comes 899cc engine. For version 2016, the Ducati increased the displacement to 955cc. The twin-cylinder engine capable of producing 157hp at 10,500rpm power. The extra power of 9hp was the result of a longer piston stroke from 57.2 to 60.8mm. In addition, this Italian model torque was also higher as107.4Nm at 9,000 rpm.
Other improvements include a light slipper-action clutch, wider fairing, 1299 design saddle style and 4mm lower swing arm.
At the wheel part, Ducati chose monoblock calipers with Brembo discs 4.32 2,320mm at the front and 245mm discs at the rear. The grip on the road surface is assured to Pirelli Diablo Rosso Corsa tires. For the suspension, Ducati uses Showa at front and Sachs at rear. Features Bosch ABS comes as standard.
The 2016 model also looks fresher. It covers by wide wind blocker, new air vents on the front fairing and redesigned side mirrors. The rear of the all-new 959 is divided into two parts. Visually, the 959 has the image of it brother, 1299 Panigale.
