In Auto eDrive mode, the movement of the car is done automatically either by power from an engine or an electric motor. This depends on the drive and battery capacity. Max eDrive mode, the car will use the power of a fully electric motor, until the accelerator is pressed more. While Save Battery uses only engine power.
